    1. Complete the application
    2. Submit required documentation
      1. Proof of birth for child
      2. Income documentation
      3. Immunization record
    3. Consult with the Enrollment Specialist

There are several ways to submit the application

1. Save the application to your computer, fill it out in Adobe Reader, and submit it via email.

2. Complete the application on the computer, print, and mail or submit in person.

3. Print the application, handwrite answers, and mail or submit in person.

Q1: My child is 2-years-old, is she eligible for Head Start?

A1: Children must be 3-years-old by September 30th to attend Head Start. Two-year-olds are eligible for Early Head Start and will be eligible for Head Start when they turn 3-years-old.

Q2: Will you need to know my income for the application?

A2: Yes, national Head Start guidelines require that income information be collected during the application process.

Q3: Will my child be attending every weekday?

A3: Yes, your child will attend classes Monday through Friday. Nutritious meals will be provided for children during school hours.

Q4: Are there any fees for Head Start?

A4: No, registration, educational materials and supplies, meals, transportation, and field trips are free.

Q5: How will I know if my child has been accepted into the program?

A5: You will be contacted by program staff to let you know that your child has been accepted!
