Help create digital opportunity for all!
Virginia Community Action Agencies, including People Incorporated, have partnered with the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development to assess internet access needs and challenges across Virginia.
DHCD’s Office of Broadband has just launched a statewide survey to gather data to create a statewide Digital Opportunity Plan. The plan will help improve the affordability of internet service in Virginia, increase digital literacy and resources, and fund programs that will help decrease the digital divide.
