The invitation for Bid, including, Drawings and Specifications will be available from Byron Farmer, People Incorporated, 1173 W. Main Street, Abingdon, Virginia 24210. Email or phone Byron at bfarmer@peopleinc.net / 276 619 2264. Bid packages must be Davis-Bacon Compliant.

 

Invited Bidders must provide a company information package with the following:

Current Licenses,
Current Insurances.

 

You can view the facility by appointment only.  Please reach out to Byron Farmer to coordinate a walkthrough of the facility.

Sealed bids for the Winchester Bathroom Renovations will be received by Byron Farmer at 1173 W. Main Street, Abingdon, VA 24210 until Friday, May 13th  @  4:30pm.  Both USPS mailed bids and emailed bids will be accepted.

 

A combination of the following factors will be considered in awarding this bid. These factors are not necessarily listed in order of priority:

A.               Prices
B.               Quality and conformance to specifications.
C.              Experience.
D.              Similar types of projects performed.

People Incorporated of Virginia shall be the sole judge in making this determination. Bids must follow the format specified by People Incorporated of Virginia. People Incorporated of Virginia reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the best interest of the agency.

Contractor awarded the bid will be notified on or before Friday, May 20th, 2022 @ 2:00pm. Final Contract details, Corrections, Addendum, Commencement and Completion dates will be discussed.
