People Incorporated has partnered with the Ballad Centers for Early Learning to relocate its Head Start classrooms serving children ages three and four in Abingdon and Lebanon to new, state-of-the-art facilities. These relocated classrooms are a result of collaboration between Ballad Centers for Early Learning, Washington County Public Schools, Food City, and the Wellspring Foundation.
“We are excited about moving these classrooms to new locations where working families can enjoy full-day childcare through the help of our partners,” said People Inc. President and CEO Bryan Phipps. “People Inc. has been providing quality early childhood education services to families for 60 years and we plan to continue that same quality education with enhanced facilities and hours that make full-day care more accessible for our families.”
Abingdon Head Start will now be provided at the EO Regional Workforce and Child Development Hub at 300 Towne Center Drive. The Fox Meadows classroom in Lebanon has relocated from 178 Fox Meadows Drive to the Ballad Center for Early Learning at 554 Clydesway Drive in Lebanon.
