People Inc. Housing Group

The People Incorporated Housing Group (PIHG) was founded in 2003 as an affiliate organization to better meet housing needs throughout our community action service area. We are state-certified as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) to access additional resources and expand the availability of affordable housing throughout Virginia.

People Incorporated manages 31 affordable housing properties in Virginia and Tennessee. Affordable Rental Housing is available to qualified community members.
