People Incorporated is planning a $7 million revitalization effort for Norton Green Apartments, prioritizing sustainable, high-quality housing options for Norton residents.

“People Inc. is excited about the opportunity to revitalize Norton Green. We are aware of the area’s housing need,” said People Inc. vice president and chief development officer Bryan Ailey. “We want to own and operate affordable housing options, and keep them in like-new condition to continue offering high-quality housing.”
