Angie Groseclose is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at People Incorporated of Virginia. She provides leadership and oversight to five service delivery divisions and ensures compliance and achievement of deliverables for over 30 programs supported by more than 60 funders.
Groseclose is responsible for direct supervision of nine senior-level staff members and an indirect staff of more than 200 employees. In addition to program delivery, she coordinates IT, Human Resources, Fleet, and Facilities services for employees located across People Incorporated’s multiple work sites.
Groseclose has 30 years of experience at People Incorporated and previously served as its Director of Human Resources. She brings a proven track record of successfully managing operations, implementing change initiatives, and promoting the work of the agency and Community Action with staff, funders, partners, and community members.
