Betty Segal is the Director of Housing Services at People Incorporated of Virginia. She has 38 years of experience in housing services and workforce program development, grant management, and performance accountability. Segal has extensive training and experience in fiscal management, program and grant compliance, human resources, and employee development.
In her current role, Segal manages the housing services department and is responsible for program coordination and fiscal management. Prior to her current position, she served as the Director of Workforce Development.
Segal holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from East Tennessee State University and a certificate in business management from the University of Virginia. Segal is proud to work for an agency that makes a profound difference in clients’ lives and has observed the dedication of both housing services and workforce development staff to the agency’s vision and philosophy.
Segal resides in Blountville, Tennessee, with her husband and is a proud parent of two adult sons and Meme to one granddaughter. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering with animal shelters.
