Erika Dietz has served as the Director of Affordable Housing Development since 2025. Dietz leads the development and construction of People Incorporated of Virginia’s affordable housing properties while managing the affordable housing development team.
She also acts as a liaison with funders, government agencies, and vendors involved in multi-family housing development. Dietz has been a part of affordable housing development at People Inc. since 2022, serving as a Project Manager and most recently as Senior Project Manager.
Dietz attended Ohio University and holds a master’s degree in public health from Tulane University and a master’s degree in education from Virginia Commonwealth University. Dietz lives in Richmond and loves spending time with her puppy, adventuring outdoors, and reading in her free time.
