Valerie Caudell serves as the Director of Facilities and Support Services at People Incorporated of Virginia. She oversees People Inc.’s support services which include IT support for 270 staff, fleet services for 100+ vehicles, and facility maintenance for 26 facilities including administrative offices and Head Start centers. She also manages front desk support services which assists over 10,000 clients a year.
Caudell has over 24 years of experience in IT and facilities management, and over 10 years of workforce development and human resources experience. Caudell joined People Inc. in 2015 and thoroughly enjoys the challenges and rewards of working for a busy nonprofit. She is proud to work for an agency that makes such an outstanding impact on the community.
Caudell has a bachelor’s degree in business management with a focus on finance from King University (formerly King College). She resides in Bristol, Virginia with her husband and their dogs, Henry and Ruth. She enjoys reading, hiking, and biking; most of all she enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren.
