Danielle Fields, a CHIP Parent Educator/Training Specialist, has been recognized as a 2025 Home Visitor of the Year by the Institute for the Advancement of Family Support Professionals during National Home Visiting Week.

Danielle says that she is “very passionate about what I do” and that, “I feel that everybody at some point in their life needs a hand up and I just really love the opportunity to be able to offer that to families.”
