Bryan Ailey is the Vice President and Chief Development Officer for People Incorporated of Virginia.
As CDO, he oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of the agency’s affordable housing development, housing management, and capital growth initiatives while serving the agency’s mission to provide opportunities for economically disadvantaged people.
He holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and an M.A. in Community and Organizational Leadership from Emory & Henry University. A lifelong resident of southwest Virginia, he serves on the Virginia Housing Alliance (VHA) and Junior Appalachian Musicians (JAM) board of directors and is an active player and participant in the old-time string band traditions of Southern Appalachia.
