Every three years, People Incorporated engages with clients, community members, and partner organizations to identify the most pressing needs across our four major service areas. The agency recently released its 2024 Community Needs Assessment.

Drawing from a wide variety of data sources, including surveys, focus groups, and secondary data, the staff and board of People Inc. identified the following as the top community needs:

1. Lack of Affordable Housing

2. Homelessness

3. Quality jobs

4. Mental health and substance abuse
